This one is almost too simple I hesitated posting it because I didn’t want people to think I was THAT lazy. Like it almost needs an explanation prior and some sort of saying from me that I do in fact cook for my family, like, regular meals that consist of more than 10 steps to prep, and more than 10 ingredients.
However, there are just some days where I can’t. And that’s okay.
This one in particular is a pretty tasty Chicken Parmigiana. You can serve it with noodles, with garlic bread, or both!
- Trader Joe’s Breaded Chicken Tenderloin Breasts
- Trader Joe’s Quattro Formaggio
- Trader Joe’s Tomato Basil Marinara
Heat oven to 350. Lay chicken breasts out and then top with marinara. Then top it off with the quattro formaggio. Cook for 25 minutes… serve. Seriously, that’s it! We cooked and set noodles off to the side. Happy eating!
