Sharing a Three Bean Salad I had to make a couple weeks ago when family got together for Thanksgiving. A cousin of mine was planning the menu and I asked what we could bring. She assigned me with: Three Bean Salad. I’ve never had a three bean salad. Honestly never even heard of it! I was up to the task, so naturally I googled up what it was. I found this recipe on ALL RECIPES and figured I would combine this since I purchased my ingredients at Trader Joe’s. I actually tripled the recipe since there were going to be over 20 people. If you are not really in to beans, I would suggest attempting this and adding in a few more ingredients. I would add cucumbers, corn… my favorite thing about this recipe actually is the dressing. I could DRINK that stuff. Let me know your thoughts if you try this! <3

In a bowl, gently mix the garbanzo beans, kidney beans, green beans, green onions, and celery. In a separate bowl, whisk together the vinegar, oil, honey, mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Pour dressing over the salad, and toss gently to coat. Cover, refrigerate at least 2 hours, and gently toss before serving.
